Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp (0300 6433136) within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item (where applicable).

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once the seal is opened — but if the quality is not right, we will always make it right.
